“Charm is deceitful, and beauty is vain, but a woman who fears The Lord is to be praised” (Proverbs 31:30) The Women’s Ministry at Rescue Sanctuary is organized to mobilize and empower women for godliness and good works.
The value and dignity of the “total woman” is emphasized against the backdrop of a culture that has objectified womanhood. “For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ
Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do” (Ephesians 2:10) The Rescue Sanctuary Women’s ministry organize activities like Bible studies, fellowship, prayer, cookout, wellness events. Rescue Sanctuary women are intentional in praying for families, dealing with the challenges of single parenthood, divorce, parenting youths and college students.
